Sevilla agree deal to sign Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Abrokwa from Adabraka Elders
Spanish club Sevilla have completed the signing of highly-rated Ghanaian winger Emmanuel Abrokwa from Adabraka Elders, with the teenager signing a contract that will keep him at the club until 2029.
The 18-year-old becomes the first Ghanaian player to join Sevilla directly from a Ghanaian club, marking a significant milestone in his young career.
Abrokwa arrives at the La Liga side as Sevilla continue their rebuilding process following a disappointing 2025/26 campaign, which saw the six-time UEFA Europa League champions finish 13th in the league and miss out on qualification for European competitions.
The Andalusian club are now placing renewed emphasis on strengthening their squad and investing in promising young talent, with Abrokwa identified as one of the prospects for the future.
The transfer was finalised after Sevilla reached an agreement with Adabraka Elders, paving the way for the Ghanaian youngster to begin the next phase of his development in Spanish football.
Abrokwa is represented by Daniel Boifio Junior and Jorge Garcia of SBE Management.
