Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, lost his celebrity boxing rematch against actor Charles Okocha after walking out of the bout during the opening round.

The highly anticipated “Chaos In The Ring” showdown, held at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos, ended dramatically when Portable exited the contest, prompting officials to declare Okocha the winner.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that the rivalry between Portable and Okocha dates back to 2023, when Portable accused the actor of cheating him out of about N40 million in a business deal. The dispute moved from social media to the ring at Landmark Beach, where Portable won after four rounds and was awarded the championship belt.

Okocha rejected the outcome and consistently demanded a rematch. The rematch was organised following their first encounter, with Okocha activating a rematch clause. However, Portable’s abrupt exit on Friday handed Okocha the victory, with videos from the event quickly going viral on social media.
