Queen Meela, the former wife of Tamale-based musician Fancy Gadam, has accused the artiste of encouraging online attacks against her despite previously stating that their separation did not make them enemies.

In a video shared on social media, Queen Meela claimed that Fancy Gadam has been reposting videos in which people insult and criticise her, saying his actions contradict his earlier remarks about maintaining a cordial relationship.

“When he came online to say we were no more, he said we are not enemies because we have a child. Yes, me, I will never see him as an enemy because he’s my child’s father. If he sees me as an enemy, reposting every video that people talk shit of me, call me all sorts of names, forgetting whatever that we both have been through or I have sacrificed for him, that’s his own problem,” she said.

She added that she was not interested in discussing the details of their past relationship.

“I’m not here to come and talk about what I have done or what I have not done. I don’t have time for that,” she stated.

Earlier this year, Fancy Gadam announced that he and Queen Meela had ended their relationship and that he was no longer married.

“I am not married anymore; I am single. I have seen people asking why my wife was not there and why she was not promoting the program. We are no more,” he said.

The musician also dismissed suggestions of bad blood between them, stressing that they would continue to maintain a peaceful relationship for the sake of their child.

“We are no more, but we have a child together, and there is no problem between us,” he added.
