Popular music executive Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has praised Afrobeats star Ayra Starr, saying the singer has had a significant impact on his life.

The Mavin Records boss made the remark on X while responding to a fan who applauded his role in Ayra Starr’s career.

Don Jazzy recalled discovering the singer through an Instagram freestyle, describing her as a dream to work with.

He expressed gratitude for the moment he was shown her video, noting that she has been nothing short of exceptional.

He wrote:
“She has most definitely changed my own life too. I bless the day I was shown her Instagram freestyle o. And she has been nothing but a dream Starrgirl.”

Ayra Starr has become one of Afrobeats’ brightest stars since joining MAVIN records in 2020.

The ‘Sability’ crooner has three studio albums to her name, with her recent album ‘Starrgirl’ making waves since its release on August 14.
