Fresh video documents a real-time terrorist siege in Mansur, Alkaleri LGA, Bauchi State, Nigeria, where armed groups likely bandits or ISWAP affiliates overran communities, prompting mass evacuations as shown in the attached video of residents fleeing on foot, motorcycles, and camels across dusty terrain to neighboring Gombe State.

Governor Bala Mohammed warned of over 10,000 well-armed assailants and donated 50 million naira to displaced people while calling for federal help.

Recent reports confirm the attacks, including a JTF base assault killing two soldiers and a vigilante, with police neutralizing seven terrorists but struggling to restore calm amid ongoing insecurity in northern Nigeria’s farming heartlands.

Police deployed more forces and urged residents to return, as a bandit video boasted of burning Mansur and taunted the army. The surge in once-peaceful Bauchi has sparked outrage over government responses and security adviser’s calls for dialogue with bandits.
