NDC to resume appearances on Oman FM from August 10 – Ako Gunn
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced that its communicators will resume appearances on Oman FM and its affiliate stations from Monday, August 10.
The ruling NDC has longed avoided appearance on the pro-New Patriotic Party (NPP) channel owned by former Assin Central MP Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.
However, the new decision comes after what the party described as requests from the management of Oman FM for the NDC to return to the station.
The announcement was made in a statement issued on Friday, August 7.
“Pursuant to requests from the Management of Oman FM, the Communication Department of the National Democratic Congress has decided to go back to Oman FM and its affiliates,” the statement said.
The statement, signed by the NDC’s Deputy Communication Officer, Godwin Ako Gunn, indicated that the party’s representatives would begin their appearances on the station.
