Former Big Brother Naija housemate Tochi has shared a reminder for married men, quoting a biblical verse that says, “He that finds a wife, finds a good thing, and should leave other women alone.”

In a post on his Instagram story, he admonished married men to stay committed and avoid straying.

In another post, Tochi encouraged men to cultivate non-sexual friendships with women, noting that such relationships can bring value and support to their lives. He added that sex often spoils good friendships.

He wrote:

“As a man, learn to have non-sexual friendships with women. You’ll be surprised how much value and support they add to your life. Most times, sex spoils good friendships.”
