The council has also appointed five spokespersons, with Dele Alake as lead spokesperson. He will be supported by Alwan Hassan, Ayobami Oyalowo, Kemi Asekun-Shittu and Adamu Fanda.
In a charge to members of the council, Tinubu urged them to work relentlessly towards securing victory for the APC in the 2027 elections.
The President also directed leaders of the various directorates to accommodate other party members who were not included in the initial list but are willing to contribute to the campaign.
Tinubu said his administration had delivered on its campaign promises and placed Nigeria on the path of economic recovery and growth.
“We have delivered on our campaign promises and set our country on a path of economic progress,” the President said.
He urged the campaign team to use the election season to highlight the administration’s achievements and persuade Nigerians to support the APC.
“As we march into the campaign season, we have many achievements to trumpet—let us confidently showcase our record and inspire hope in every corner of our nation,” Tinubu said.
He further charged the council to defeat opposition forces seeking to dislodge the APC from power.
