Jude Okoye has denied allegations of financial misappropriation and royalty diversion made against him by his younger brother, Peter Okoye.

In a video released on Sunday, the former P-Square manager said all royalty payments and financial distributions were made according to existing agreements and were properly documented.

Reacting to claims that more than $1.2 million in royalties had been diverted, Jude said the matter had already been investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and is currently before a court.

“All royalty payments and financial distributions were done in line with existing agreements and properly documented,” he stated.

Jude also denied claims that Peter was removed as a signatory to company bank accounts or prevented from accessing royalty records.

“The allegations that Peter was removed as a signatory to company bank accounts or denied access to royalty records are false,” he said.

According to Jude, bank documents, financial records and digital evidence have already been submitted before the court as part of the ongoing legal proceedings.

He urged the public to ignore comments circulating on social media regarding the dispute and allow the court to determine the facts of the case.

The latest development adds to the long-running rift between the Okoye brothers, whose disagreements over business and financial matters have remained in the public spotlight.
