Gospel Singer Lilian Nneji Bemoans ‘Witchcraft Tactics’ Used To Block Her Ministry
Gospel singer Lilian Nneji has expressed frustration over what she described as deliberate efforts to sabotage her ministry by spreading false information to prevent her from being invited to gospel programs.
In a lengthy video shared on her Instagram page, she called out individuals she accused of acting as gatekeepers to block her from ministering.
Nneji revealed that she had been told by multiple people that they had tried to invite her to programs but were informed by others that she was on vacation, travelling, or not based in Lagos, even though she was available.
“For the past one week, I have met persons in different places, and whenever they see me, I hear words like, oh Minister Lillian, you are in town. We had a program and we wanted to invite you. We reached out to some persons and they said to us, you have traveled, you’re on vacation.”
She also noted that some were told she was an Igbo artist or that she was not based in Lagos, despite being born in Lagos and having her citizenship there.
The singer described the act as a form of witchcraft and urged those responsible to repent.
“You are stylishly practicing witchcraft. Stylishly practicing witchcraft,” she said.
She also made it clear that her contact details are publicly available and that her team is active, encouraging anyone who wants to invite her to reach out through her official channels.
The singer also sounded a note of warning to the perpetrators, urging them to quit the act.
“I beg you, if you are the one doing this, stop it. It will take you anywhere. God bless you guys.”
