Nigerian music star Rudeboy, formerly of the legendary P-Square music group, has praised Ghanaian Afropop and dancehall artiste Mujahid Ahmed Bello, popularly known as Fancy Gadam, following their successful joint concert at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.

The highly anticipated Fancy Gadam X Rudeboy Concert, held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, attracted thousands of music lovers who filled the stadium to witness performances from the two continental music stars.

After seeing the overwhelming support Fancy Gadam received from his fans during the concert, Rudeboy expressed admiration for the strong bond between the artiste and his supporters.

“The people love you,” Rudeboy told Fancy Gadam, acknowledging the massive influence and loyalty the “King of the North” enjoys among music lovers.

The Nigerian superstar further joked about Fancy Gadam’s popularity and connection with the people, encouraging him to consider a political future.

“Next time contest for governor,” Rudeboy said, in reference to the huge crowd and the love shown to Fancy Gadam by fans at the stadium.

The Tamale concert also highlighted the musical chemistry between the two artistes, who have collaborated on a new song titled “I Don’t Need You.” The collaboration is expected to further deepen the relationship between Ghana and Nigeria’s music industries.

The official music video for the song, directed by renowned Nigerian music video director Adasa Cookey, is scheduled for release on August 1, 2026.
