Ghana winger Mohammed Fuseini has survived a robbery attack in Brussels, Belgium, over the weekend.

The 24-year-old was reportedly targeted by robbers who made away with two iPhones, his wallet, and a watch valued at approximately €8,000.

Belgian authorities have since launched investigations into the incident, with reports indicating that two suspects have been arrested in connection with the attack.

Despite the ordeal, Fuseini has returned to training with his club, Union Saint-Gilloise, after undergoing medical checks to assess his condition.

The Ghanaian forward enjoyed a productive spell in the Belgian top flight last season, making 27 appearances across all competitions and scoring three goals.

A product of the Right To Dream Academy, Fuseini has earned two caps for Ghana, both during the Black Stars’ 2025 Unity Cup campaign. He scored in Ghana’s emphatic 4-0 victory over Trinidad and Tobago during the tournament.

Before joining Union Saint-Gilloise, Fuseini featured for Austrian side Sturm Graz, where he helped the club secure the Austrian Bundesliga title and the Austrian Cup.
