Kwabena Moe Drops Powerful ‘Freedom’ Album

Ghanaian musician Kwabena Moe (born Samuel Bosoma) has released his new 11‑track album, ‘Freedom’, a deeply personal body of work shaped by his struggles, migration journey, love, sacrifice and hopes for a brighter tomorrow.
Based in the Netherlands, Moe uses the project to narrate his transition from Ghana to Europe — a journey marked by hardship, determination and the relentless pursuit of a better life. Each track reflects a chapter of that story, capturing the emotions of a man who has endured difficulty yet refuses to let go of hope.
Moe says the album was inspired by the challenges he faced before leaving Ghana and the survival instincts that kept him moving forward.
“The album is inspired by the struggles I faced in Ghana and the survival before travelling. The songs are about personal experiences,” he told Newshuntermag.com.
Despite the obstacles, he believes freedom — in all its forms — is within reach.
