Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo’s grandson, Rakeem, celebrated his first birthday on Saturday with a star-studded party in Lagos.

Themed ‘Cowboy’, the event, held on August 29 at The Lekki Coliseum, featured games, music, and dancing, drawing major names from Nigeria’s entertainment industry.

The celebration attracted prominent figures including Toke Makinwa, Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe, Mercy Aigbe, Veekee James and her husband, Aisha Lawal, Nkechi Blessing, Foluke Daramola, and others. Rakeem’s parents, Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, also took part in the activities.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Rakeem recently turned one, with his parents sharing a heartfelt post on Instagram to mark the milestone.

Priscilla and Juma Jux, who tied the knot in 2025 and welcomed their son in Canada on August 24, 2025, described him as their greatest answered prayer.
