Nollywood stars and movie production legends Monalisa Chinda, Charles Inoije, Francis Duru, Tammy Abusi, Ejike Asiegbu, Don Kester have been spotted on rehearsal grounds for an upcoming stage play Philomena.

The stage plays part of the movie industry have not been really active for the past years but that seems to be coming to a grinding halt especially in the south with this new stage play Philomena written and directed by Bimbo Manuel.

The Philomena stage play is scheduled to be presented in PortHarcourt on several dates in February 2022. We believe it’s fair to say we cant wait to see what these star studded dynamic 6 have in store for us. Could this be the return of live stage plays to the movie culture ? We can only hope so. For now, we can only thank Bimbo Manuel and the producer Bikiya Graham-Douglas for putting this production together.
